Freight Delay Information

With both Sydney and Melbourne in lockdown at the beginning of September, Australia Post, Fastway(Aramex) and many other couriers became overwhelmed. This resulted in large backlogs of incoming parcels at their main depots. Unfortunately, some of our customers in those areas received orders that had been damaged through drying out. Due to the slight possibility of delays we are temporarily withdrawing our Freight Insurance/Guarantee until further notice, however our packing method protects plants for up to 2 weeks in transit.
* As of early October these backlogs do seem to be clearing, however customers are still advised to discuss any possible transit delays into their region with either Australia Post or Fastway(Aramex) before ordering and also accept responsibility for following up on tracking delays and if necessary, applying for any possible compensation through their chosen courier.
