Ordering FAQ
We currently only ship to NSW, ACT, QLD and VICThe minimum
total order is now 25 plants. This ONLY applies to plants - NOT Planting
Supplies and can be made up of various species.
Please complete and pay for your order before 9 a.m Monday to enable shipment the next day.
Remember that Direct bank transfer can take a couple of days sometimes.
Freight for tubestock plants is calculated in multiples of 66, so if
67 were ordered you will be charged for two freights instead of one for 66.

What to do when you receive your plants
Open up the top of the box and remove any excess packing to enable easy access to the plants.
The plants are not provided with pictorial labels but are
arranged in rows (crossways in a zig-zag pattern) with the name of one of each species
written on the side of the pot. This prevents any confusion if inserted
labels were fall out in transit.
Plants should then be removed, watered
and kept above ground level, to enable drainage of water from the
tube. Drainage is impeded if the tube is sat on a flat surface.
Keep in at least 75% sun to full-sun and keep well-watered.
Shipping Choices
Nursery/Market Pick-Up - You can choose to pick your plants
up from our nursery 34 kms S/W of Casino, Northern Rivers, NSW ( you must ring first to make an appointment)
or from our monthly Weekend Market stall at Lismore
Carboot Market (3rd Sunday of the month).
Australia Post (Regular Parcel) - This service covers everywhere a mail service is
provided and is also the only option for post boxes (as Fastway generally won't deliver to PO boxes unless it is
specially arranged by the customer).
You will be emailed Tracking Notifications from them throughout your plants transit.
Fastway Couriers - Fastway
Couriers provide a door-to-door service to a lot of regions in our delivery
area ( NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC), but not all.
