The whole idea behind this website is twofold…...     1.Showcase     To showcase the native plant varieties that we grow and give customers a more detailed idea of their features and uses as well as provide some advice on their planting and establishment.     2.Online Ordering     To enable customers to order the plants they want online, pay for them by credit card,paypal,direct deposit,bank cheque or money order and have them delivered,to most major centres between Cairns in Queensland and Melbourne. This area coverage will be extended at some point in the future.Please note that GST is already included in our prices!     IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ     Website orders have a range of freight options,depending on where you are located and the size of your order.One of the options is door-to-door delivery,by Fastway Couriers.This is our main delivery method for online purchases but to make sure that you are in an area that can actually be delivered to by them (or arrange a drop-off location in a nearby town) PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.You may also choose to organise your own freight or pick them up at the nursery or weekend markets which we operate at (Lismore Carboot Market and The Channon Market), the choice is yours. Even though we keep our product listing as up-to-date as possible there is still the chance that something you ordered may not be available in the numbers you need. In this case,and particularly if you have already paid online,we will either put them on back-order,negotiate substitute plants (of a similar type) or arrange a refund within 30 days of the payment.Again, the choice is yours. Orders are sent off on the Tuesday following receipt of payment.-.remember to allow 2 or 3 business days for Direct Debits to actually transfer, Paypal and Credit Card transactions are almost instantly transferred.
